Hello! I am attending my sister-in-law's wedding in the Netherlands. Women tend to wear hats during the day ceremony. I have a fabuous black and lime green hat a wonderful milliner made for me that matches a black silk asian jacket with lime green lining that peeks thru the side when I walk. I was planning to wear a black sheath underneath with a large silver and green brooch. Is that too dark for a wedding?
Also, any color suggestions on what goes with black and lime welcome!!! PS - Milliner is Elisabeth Koch, (http://www.elisabethkoch.net/creations.cfm?lang=en) |

Great hat! I think white would be a nice introduction to the black and green to make it a more daytime look. I do like the idea of a black sheath, but maybe go for a different jacket that has a black and white print, preferably something that doesn't hit below the hips. It doesn't have to be a super busy print, but something that will make the whole ensemble "pop." There are a lot of artist-inspired prints making their way onto clothing for fall, so it shouldn't be too difficult of a find. I love the brooch idea, too!
